Ukrainska Bavovna (UB) is a Ukrainian defense-tech company that develops and integrates next-generation unmanned and electronic systems, delivering a full-cycle approach from R&D and manufacturing to combat testing, training, and field support. To ensure transparency and compliance with international standards, UB successfully completed an independent audit for 2024 conducted by AC Crowe Ukraine, with the 2025 audit currently in its final stage. UB забезпечила повний цикл технічної підтримки: інтеграцію, лабораторні та польові випробування, а також адаптацію комплексу до реального бойового застосування. Команда також запустила та наразі підтримує серійне виробництво комплексу відповідно до вимог ЗСУ.

UB інтегрувала всі компоненти — літальний апарат, А-модулі, системи звʼязку, бойову частину та систему ініціації — в єдину платформу. Ми провели функціональні, польові та безпекові випробування, забезпечили технічну підтримку та обслуговування, організували логістику й постачання, а також адаптували комплекс до реальних бойових умов.
Кожна інтеграція була інженерним рішенням, спеціально розробленим під потреби ЗСУ: модульність, надійність та швидкі оновлення на основі зворотного зв'язку з фронту.
UB integrated all components — aircraft, AI modules, communications, warhead, and initiation system — into a single platform. We conducted functional, field, and safety tests, provided technical support and maintenance, organized logistics and supply, and adapted the system for real combat conditions.
Each integration was an engineering solution tailored to AFU needs: modularity, reliability, and rapid updates based on frontline feedback.

БПЛА-перехоплювача "LAST SHADOW (T-200)"
UB developed its own interceptor UAV “LAST SHADOW (T-200)”, integrated it into a UAS system, and completed its codification
БПЛА-перехоплювач “Last Shadow” — це високошвидкісна модульна система для ефективної протидії ворожим БПЛА, зокрема типу Shahed, з дальністю до 30 км і швидкістю до 300 км/год (з потенціалом понад 450 км/год). Запуск здійснюється з пневмокатапульти менш ніж за 5 хвилин, із використанням сучасних систем зв’язку та навігації Sine.link і української компонентної бази.
Рішення пройшло випробування, налагоджено дрібносерійне виробництво та успішно кодифіковано з внесенням до реєстру НАТО і присвоєнням номенклатурного номера. Модуль автоматичного донаведення в процесі інтеграції.
The “Last Shadow (T-200)” interceptor UAV is a high-speed modular system designed for effective countering of hostile UAVs, including Shahed-type drones, at ranges of up to 30 km. It operates at speeds of up to 300 km/h (with potential exceeding 450 km/h), can be launched from a pneumatic catapult in under 5 minutes, and features modern Sine.link communication and navigation systems, built on a Ukrainian component base. The product has been codified.
The system has undergone testing, and small-scale production has been established. The automatic target acquisition module is currently in the process of integration.

UB здійснила повну інтеграцію БПАК "ШУГАЙ"
БПЛА “Шугай” — сучасний літаковий безпілотник із X-подібною аеродинамічною схемою та злітною масою до 12 кг, створений для виконання місій на відстані до 100 км із бойовим навантаженням до 2,5 кг. Платформа оснащена захищеним зв’язком Sine.link, навігацією по маяках і модулем автоматичного донаведення T200, що забезпечує високу точність ураження навіть в умовах активного РЕБ.
У процесі розвитку системи команда UB інтегрувала бойову частину 2,5 кг, плату ініціації “Спалах-М” і модуль донаведення "T-200", суттєво вдосконалила конструкцію та бортові системи, оптимізувала архітектуру платформи, підібрала й протестувала ключові компоненти, інтегрувала захищений канал зв’язку Sine.link, а також налагодила дрібносерійне виробництво з підвищеним рівнем надійності та стабільності системи.

Забезпечує контрольовану доставку корисного навантаження у визначену точку оператором;
Ефективно працює на висотах 150-600 м із збереженням стабільності траєкторії та точності;
Підтримує боковий підхід до цілі з радіусом захвату 50-100 м для підвищення точності;
Має три варіанти корисного навантаження: 3200 г, 2500 г та 1250 г;
Придатна для задач, де критично важливі точність, надійність і оперативна гнучкість.
UB провела такі роботи:
Виробництво та інтеграцію всієї електроніки боєприпасу FireFly;
Виготовлення та монтаж крилець (хвостів) і сервоприводів;
Фінальне складання, перевірку та підготовку виробу до передачі кінцевому споживачу.
